On the first Thursday of every month, we run a pop up bar at Bread Source on Bridewell Alley.

The format is simple.

We bring four wines around a theme – a particular producer, region, grape variety or style, and offer them by the glass.

It’s very informal.

Pop by any time between 5 and 9pm, and stay for as long as you like.

There’s no need to book, and no need to cook, as Bread Source offer plates of sourdough, cheese and charcuterie.

There’s no cover charge – just pay for what you eat and drink.

Lat orders at 8.45pm – after all, bakeries have to start early…
