Roussanne is a variety well suited to warm climates, whether in the Southern Rhône or in its second home in Barossa Valley.

From a legendary Barossa vintage, this is deep golden in hue, with a definite oily weight. Rich in style, and matured in oak, there’s distinct vanilla and buttery notes here, alongside plenty of bright and persistent citrus fruit flavours – lemon, lime and mandarin.

This is a gastronomic wine, a good match for richer dishes – roasted white meats or grilled halloumi.
