About Smallfry, Brossa Valley, Semillon.
Don’t be put off by the label!
This is a superb 2011 vintage of Semillon with time on the lees resulting in a great depth and weight to the wine.
We were infromed that these wines had been stored in an old chalk quarry, in the Peak District and it was next to an old bomb shelter, that used to house the bouncing bombs for The Dambusters.
Enjoy a glass of history!
