About Quinta do Montalto, Cluricaun Palhete 2024
Palhete (pronounced pa-lyet-uh) is an ancient traditional Portuguese wine making style made by co-fermenting red and white grapes together, to make a juicy, easy-going and drinkable wine.
Light ruby in colour, red berries, fruity and fresh, it sits between a dark rosé and a chilled red.
Cluricaun is a mischievous fairy in Irish folklore, known for his great love of drinking, and his tendency to haunt breweries pubs and wine cellars.
