A deep, concentrated and savoury Shiraz, from Brett Hayes’ certified organic estate, one of only five (out of 2,500) in the Barossa Valley, Australia.

He uses only subsistence drip irrigation, and endures very low yields, but enjoys incredible concentration. These are wines for the lovers of full-bodied, warm climate reds.

This is all dark-berried fruit, with some peppery spice and hints of vanilla. Well structured, and will age for a decade in the cellar.
