Another experimental wine, made from 80% Saint Laurent from 2016, and 20% Blaufränkisch from 2018, which rested together in concrete eggs for nine months before bottling. Light in body, but with impressive concentration of flavour – with deep brambly fruit, and hints of dark chocolate.
