Izway have the only off grid winery in Barossa Valley. They have established relationships with two local growers, and source (both organic and non-organic) fruit from a variety of local terroirs to create their range of powerful and warming reds. They use the Valley’s stand out varieties: Shiraz, Grenache and Mataro (or as the French would say, Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre).
