This long standing favourite was Tom’s choice of wine for his own wedding. 100% Garganega grapes; fermented in stainless steel to maximise the fresh aromas and flavours of white flowers, yellow peaches and almond. Dry, crisp and refreshing, but with enough body to cope with olive oil. Great wine to enjoy midweek with pasta and pesto.
