About Domaine La Lauzeta, La Lauzeta 2018

Tom Hills bought two old vineyards in 2015 to create Domaine La Lauzeta, and immediately began organic conversion of these dry farmed and low yielding vines. He has quickly gained recognition, and his wines are listed on 17 French Michelin starred restaurants.

This is Tom’s top wine, a barrel selection made from the best four barrels each year – three of Syrah and one of Grenache. Fewer than 2,000 bottles made each year, this is top stuff; rich but soft, with seriously deep fruit. Ready to drink now, but also good for at least 20 years in the cellar. We would recommend decanting to fully enjoy the aromas of blackberry, prune and sage..
