About De Fermo, Concrete Rosso, 2019
Eloisa de Fermo and Stefano Papetti Ceroni, from their biodynamic estate in Abruzzo eschew modern fermentation vessels, and use a mixture of old wooden barrels and, in this case, concrete tanks.
On their biodynamic estate in Abruzzo, they make this red from Montepulciano d’Abruzzo. It has a pure fruit flavour profile, at once tangy and succulent.
