Ever innovative, winemaker and vineyard manager Florian Bruneau has made three small batch single varietal reds, to form the new Fantazia range. He took apart three old barrels and filled them with whole bunches of grapes, to make soft wines with minimal tannins, perfect for drinking in their youth – and in the warmer months.

The Cinsault is especially thirst-quenching. This grape variety ripens at a naturally low alcohol by volume, even in warmer climates. This cuvée is only 12% abv, light in colour, with plenty of bright red fruit character. Perfect for serving at least lightly chilled.
