Dominio de Punctum are (by our standards) a large biodynamic producer from Cuenca, a high altitude area within the vast growing region of La Mancha, Spain.

They harvest at night, to keep the acidity levels higher, which lends the wine greater acidity and more definition. This is a cheerful and easy going quaffer, with minimal tannins and fruity flavours of cherry and raspberry.
