Aromatic dry Riesling from Ste(fano) and Monique Lubiana’s biodynamic estate in the Derwent Valley, near Hobart, Tasmania. The cool and (relatively) damp climate here is ideal for growing aromatic white varieties. Notes of quince and apricot are nicely underpinned by some mineral notes.  

You can enjoy this now, in its relatively fruity state, or keep it for another five years. Note that as Riesling ages, it tends to develop a distinctive petrol-like aroma, which we really love, but which doesn’t fuel everyone’s thirst…
