Natural Spanish white, an unusual example of Rueda’s flagship grape. Nosso’ refers to ‘no added SO2’ (or sulphur dioxide / sulphites), and the snail on the label indicates a slow fermentation. This is bold and daring natural winemaking, from vine to glass.

No copper or sulphur sprays in the vineyard. In the winery, no added yeasts, enzymes or sulphites. Full malolactic gives a broad mouthfeel and creamy acidity. Yeasty notes and some soft peachy fruit. An oily texture makes this a great food wine. Try with roasted white meats, or toasted cashew and Brazil nuts.
