Our range perhaps isn’t the most mainstream, and the UK isn’t exactly short of Malbec, so until now we haven’t listed one. But when we tasted this, we had to make an exception.

In the vast and sprawling province of Mendoza, the high altitude vineyards of Luján de Cuyo (up to 1000m above sea level in places) produce high quality grapes.The long slow ripening that occurs at altitude allows for full flavour development, and lends high acidity to balance the fruit, giving the wine defined shape.

No oak, no sulphites, just pure fruit. Indeed, it’s one of the fruitiest wines we’ve tasted, bursting with blackcurrant and blackberry flavours.
